Image processing

For the image tools currently available, your selected image is processed locally in your web browser using browser APIs. PixelTools does not transmit the image file to a PixelTools image-processing server. Image data may be held temporarily in your browser's memory while the tool is running.

To stop processing, close the tool or leave the page. Downloaded files are saved by your browser to the location you choose.

Information collected by PixelTools

This release does not provide user accounts, an image upload service, or an analytics profile. The site does not ask you to submit personal information to use the image tools.

Our hosting provider may process technical request information (such as IP address, request time, browser details and security events) to deliver and protect the website under its own terms and privacy documentation.

Cookies and third-party services

PixelTools does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The site loads the DM Sans and Manrope typefaces using Google Fonts. Your browser requests font styles from fonts.googleapis.com and font files from fonts.gstatic.com; these requests are handled by Google under its own privacy terms. The image files you select for processing are not included in font requests.

Children and contact

PixelTools is a general-purpose utility website and is not designed to collect information from children. For privacy questions, contact the project through the public GitHub repository linked on our contact page.

This policy may be updated as the website changes. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
